Pricing & Booking Information
General Availability
Alan performs approximately four daytime shows each weekday throughout Western Ohio and Northeast Indiana. He is in a different city or area each day, so in addition to his existing performance commitments, venue proximity, drive time, and setup requirements all factor into his availability.
Weekday Daytime Shows
Starting at $150
Available Monday through Friday during daytime hours with a scaled-down setup.
- One-hour performance
- Show begins as early as 10:00 AM or concludes by 3:30 PM
- Venue is within approximately 15 minutes of Alan's existing schedule
- Only 15 minutes of setup time required
Please note: Daytime availability is extremely limited, as Alan's weekday schedule is typically booked well in advance.
Monday–Thursday Evening Shows
Starting at $600
- Includes a scaled-down setup.
- Base rate includes up to 1 hour of performance time
- Additional performance time: $300 per hour
- Only 15 minutes of setup time required
- Includes up to 90 minutes of total drive time
- Additional drive time: $300 per hour
A signed agreement and full payment are required to reserve a date.
Weekend Shows (Scaled-Down Setup)
Starting at $1,200
- Includes up to 3 hours of performance time
- Additional performance time: $300 per hour
- Only 15 minutes of setup time required
- Includes up to 90 minutes of total drive time
- Additional drive time: $300 per hour
A signed agreement and full payment are required to reserve a date.

Starting at $1,950
- Includes up to 3 hours of performance time
- Additional performance time: $300 per hour
- 90 minutes of setup time required
- Includes up to 90 minutes of total drive time
- Additional drive time: $300 per hour

Custom Events
Events requiring extended travel, multiple performances, special production requirements, or unique scheduling arrangements may be quoted separately.
